How are you feeling? October is almost over and boy are the months flying by! How are you adjusting? How are you bonding with your students and staff thus far? I will say I'm adjusting. I started a new job as a Special Education Director in another city and I'm enjoying the change. As a seasoned administrator, I have no reason to complain.
We are evaluating our data. i.e., MAPS, M-Class, RTI, MTSS, and all the other alphabet.
Take the time to breathe and stay focused, settle in and soar! Here are a few pointers.
Avoid October burn out- disconnect from work and focus on yourself and your family,
You're the best person for the job. There will be challenges but you consistently meet the meet and overcome all challenges.
We get a week off in November and two weeks in December! I can't believe it's already November!
